With nearly three decades of experience in accounting and forensic examination, Adam R. Ochoa, CPA, CFE, is a founding partner at The Practice Certified Public Accountants, Inc. Throughout his career, Adam has held key roles at leading firms, including positions as a senior manager and partner, gaining deep expertise in addressing complex tax and accounting challenges across various industries.

Adam began his career at Biggs & Co. CPA, where he honed his skills in accounting and auditing. He advanced to senior positions at Keith A. Shibou Accountancy Corporation and later joined Peterson Slater and Osborne Accountancy Corporation as a partner. In 2010, he co-founded The Practice, where he has since focused on forensic accounting, business valuations, and strategic consulting. His work spans fraud investigations, litigation support, and tax optimization, bringing clarity and precision to every engagement.

Adam is affiliated with professional organizations such as the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, and the Forensic CPA Society. He is also a professional member of The National Association of Certified Valuations and Analysts (NACVA). As a qualified expert witness, he has consulted and provided expert testimony on more than 600 cases related to forensic accounting, economic damage, asset valuations and loss wages

Caleb earned dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Administration with concentrations in Accounting and Finance from California State University of San Bernardino, graduating Cum Laude in 2021. He continued his academic pursuit with a Master of Science in Accountancy, completing the program in 2022. His professional credentials include the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation in 2024 and the Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) certification in 2025.

Caleb launched his accounting career as a staff accountant intern at Wolf CPA in Redlands. After earning his master’s degree, he joined Godecke Clark as a staff accountant, where he quickly became a licensed CPA. In December 2024, he transitioned to The Practice CPA, where he has since expanded his expertise in forensic accounting and fraud examination.
